Our body is a transformation of food, and Nutrition is the science that help us to understand how food can support a balanced life.
But there is more than that. If you ask a smoker to quit because smoke feeds cancer, he may say "yes I know", but he won't quit.
Sometimes we just don't know how to make a change, though we may be conscious that smoking or drinking is not very healthy. So what? Our response was to create a book and a course, that focus of food, lifestyle and psychology. We think these 3 are all key ingredients to prepare a change in your life; that why we discuss them together.
